Valentine with Party Panda and Work of Art

Cut a piece of whisper white card stock to 4-1/4" x 11" score it at 5-1/2".

Layer a piece of real red cardstock cut at 4"x5-1/4".

Cut a piece of whisper white cut at 3-3/4"x 5". This is the only piece that you will be doing the stamping on.

Stamp your tic tac toe pattern on the whisper white cardstock that was cut to 3-3/4"x5" Add the heart image stamped in real red. Then fill in another tic tac spot with the saying from Party Pandas. This is your card be creative.
