Quick and Easy Gift Tag using Star of Wonder Stamp Set
Cut a base 2"x 4". Then the layer on top of that is 2" x 3-3/4" . Punch the top of both tags with Scalloped Tag Topper Punch. Then stamp the sentiment on the Whisper White card stock in Night of Navy. Randomly punch out the stars from the Whisper White card stock be sure to punch some off the tag. Layer the two tags on top of each other and add a Mini Tinsel Trim.
