Happiest Of Birthdays to You - Picture Perfect

This Happiest of Birthday Cards was Cased from Dawn Olchefske. I just loved the look of the tone on tone embossing.

Paper you will need is a piece of
Lemon Lemon Twist (5-1/2" x 8-1/2" score at 4-1/4" for the card base)
Basic Black (5 1/4" X 4") the layer that you will do the embossing on.
Whisper White (scrap for 2-1/2" oval)
Bermuda Bay (scrap for 2-3/4" scallop oval)
Bermuda Bay (1" x 5-1/2")
Picture Perfect Party Designer Series Paper ( one piece cut at 4-5/8" x 1" and one cut at 3-3/4" x 5/8")
Ink: Memento , Versa Mark
Other: Big Shot, Layering Oval Framelit Dies, Clear Stampin' Emboss Powder, Heat Tool, Silver Metallic Thread, Stampin' Dimensionals

The first thing I did was take an embossing buddy and rub it over the Basic Black piece of card stock that I am going to emboss to remove any static that may have collected. I then embossed the Happiest of Birthdays to you using Versa Mark and clear embossing powder. I started on the upper left hand corner and worked my way down the paper. I then stamped the Today we Celebrate wonderful brilliant Fabulous you in Memento on to a piece of scrap Whisper white. Using the Stitched Framelit I cut this out with the largest oval. I then cut out the scalloped oval from the Layering Ovals from Bermuda Bay. I then started to assemble my card. I layered the Basic Black embossed layer onto the Lemon Lime card base. Then layer your pieces of designer series paper and the strip of Bermuda Bay. Pop up the Layered ovals using Dimensional. Add a touch of the Silver Metallic Thread. Don't forget to decorate the inside of your card. Happy Stamping!!
