Die cut a circle from velum using the Painted Labels die. I like to assemble this entire embellishment before I adhere it to the card front. That way I am sure that the floral image is not positioned wrongly and either covering up the sentiment or hanging off the card base.
Layer a piece of basic white die cut from the layering circles dies approximately the die that is 2-1/4" onto the velum. Then add a piece of blushing bride cardstock cut at 1/2"x3-3/4" banner cut the ends using the tailored tag punch. Adhere this to the basic white. I positioned it on the lower half of the circle piece. Stamp your sentiment in Memento Ink on basic white. Using the Floral Gallery Die I cut the Congratulation sentiment out. Pop this up using Stampin Dimensionals. Stamp the Floral image in Memento and color it using the matching stamped images in Highland Heather, Blushing Bride and Mint Macaron. Die cut out using matching Die Set and pop it up using Stampin Dimensionals. To finish the front of your card add a few of the Genial Gems.
